•  When you get this file in your system then right click on the IDMan.exe folder.
•  Then form the lists click on properties option. 
• When IDMan.exe Properties windows page opens then select and click the Compatibility tab.
•  Under the Compatibility tab you will see the option that is “Run this program in Compatibility mode for:” tick on it then select the operating system which you are using.
• After selecting the operating system then go to the Privilege level at the bottom.
• Then tick on the blank box of the “Run this program as an administrator” and then click on ok button.
• Then close IDMan.exe file and again try to download files which you are trying to download from the websites.
