Allow you PC account to have minimum permissions  of "Enumerate Subkeys" for the following registry key:-

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root
• You can also apply the following given below method:-
• Click on start button and type cmd in the search box and then press enter.
• Then right click on the cmd.exe and then type net stop sppsvc and then click ok.
• When the sppsvc box opens then type the following :
• cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
• And type rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
•  Then type cd %windir%\system32 then net start sppsvc and lastly type slui.exe.
• The after the time being you will receive windows activation dialog box and also get a message to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.
• Then click on yes button and then again insert the product key for the activation of the software.
