Fix runtime error r6016

Initiating or closing of a program or an application repeatedly opens around 50 times then sometimes initiate of program fails with the error that is runtime error r6016.  Runtime error r6016 is generated by corrupted or missing of dll files from your PC. This error also occurs if you have another active Win32 based application while initiating programs.  This error is not generated by Win32s. Actually this error is created by Microsoft C Run-time (CRT) libraries LIBC.LIB and LIBCMT.LIB.  When you receive this error then it’s a request to you that don’t avoid the occurrence of this error because the symptoms of runtime error are to damage your system totally. Instead of avoiding it you should think to how to fix this error and also how to fix my PC from other troubles.



Why this error occurs?

  • When virus is successively running on your system and you know that virus takes large space of your system memory and represents that you system have no space for loading any other programs so, this makes the runtime error r6016 to occur.
  • If malicious program are stored in your system then you receive this error.

What are the symptoms?

When you try to run any program or an application in your system then in this situation you might have received error message:-
"R6016 - not enough space for thread data"

How to fix runtime error r6016?

There are no exact manual steps to fix this error but you can do one thing that is to perform clean boot, this may help you to remove this error permanently and to perform clean boot follow the given steps:-
Click start and then in the search box type msconfig.exe and then press enter, this is done to start the system Configuration utility.

  • When the system configuration windows page opens then at the top you will see the general tab. 
  • Then form the general tab click on Selective start up and then under this click the second option that is Load startup items and then click ok.
  • Now go to the services tab which is situated at the top row and from their click Hide all the Microsoft services and then click on disable all option and then click on ok button.
  •   Then after completing this close all and then restart your system and check that the runtime error has been removed or not by  running programs.
