Computer users install many different software to run their desired software. But sometimes it happens that when you try to open your installed software in your computer then you are unable to open it and receives strange error messages on your system screen. This problem occurs in all versions of Microsoft windows.

  1. You need to uninstall the software and again re-install it.
  2. You should have proper updates of windows that you have installed in your system.
  3. You can use Last Known Good Configuration feature. Use this feature to restore your registry files and drivers to that previous information.

But make sure that any changes that were made to your system after using this last known configuration data will be lost.
  • If you have recently installed software and having a problem then this feature will work for you.
  • Follow the steps to use Last Known Good Configuration feature and to do this restart your computer.
  • As the windows screen is going to appear, press F* function key to see the Windows Advanced Option screen.
  • Locate the option select Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked and hit enter.
  • If this feature works then your system is restored to a good working state.

You can also use third party repair tool overcome from this problem. If you avoid this problem then it will create critical problem in your system then think earlier to fix my PC.
